Description
A Ca(2+) sensitizer that increases contractile force of the myocardium by enhancing the sensitivity of myofilaments to calcium without increasing intracellular calcium concentration. It has been shown to reduce circulating proinflammatory cytokine interleukin-6 and soluble apoptosis mediators.
