Description: The B21.14 monoclonal antibody reacts with the mouse T-cell receptor (TCR) Vα8.3 chain in all mouse strains tested. Specifically, the epitope of B21.14 has been mapped to three amino acids which are unique to Vα8.3, but are not present in the other Vα8 subfamily members.
