細胞與基底膜間的相互作用是調控細胞行為的重要因素之一。而使用BD Matrigel系列的細胞外基質培養的細胞可以有著類似體內環境的良好分化表現。
產品信息
Matrigel是一種可溶性的基底膜基質。主要成分包括：層黏連蛋白、膠原IV等，同時含TGF-β成纖維細胞生長因子、組織纖維酶原活化因子以及其它在EHS腫瘤中自然表達的生長因子。在室溫下，Matrigel可自動聚集產生類似于哺乳動物細胞基底膜的生物活性基質材料。
Matrigel可以有效幫助上皮細胞等各類細胞的附著和分化，這些細胞類型包括：神經細胞、肝細胞、哺乳動物上皮細胞、黑色素瘤細胞、血管內皮細胞、甲狀腺細胞及毛囊細胞等等。同時，Matrigel還會影響鼠乳腺上皮細胞的蛋白表達水平，支持周圍神經再生和牛輸軟管上皮細胞的分化。
無生長因子（GFR）系列可以滿足質量更高的基底膜基質制備的要求，用于細胞信號研究，諸如：鼠腎干細胞形成腎小管過程中生長因子作用研究，鼠乳腺上皮干細胞的基因表達研究等。
無酚紅系列適用于有色檢測分析，如熒光檢測等
