二氫睪酮
二氫睪酮（dihydrotestosteroneC19H30O2）。亦稱17β－羥基-5α-雄[甾]烷-3-酮、5α－二氫睪酮、5α－DHT、或雄烷酮（stanorone）。是睪酮的雙鍵在5α處被還原的甾醇。對附屬腺（前列腺、精囊腺等），起著所謂的真的****的作用。在附屬性腺的細(xì)胞中存在著形成該甾醇的5α-氫化酶。該甾醇和受體蛋白質(zhì)在細(xì)胞內(nèi)結(jié)合成的復(fù)合體進(jìn)入附屬腺的細(xì)胞核中，促進(jìn)新的蛋白質(zhì)合成。顯示出比睪酮稍強(qiáng)的****作用。5β-體雖在肝臟、雞冠等中以睪酮形態(tài)存在，但是沒有****的作用。5α－二氫睪酮由于3α-羥基甾醇脫氫酶的作用而代謝成為5α-雄烷-3α－17β-二醇排出體外。

|
Anabolic steroid. Testosterone secreted by the testis is converted to dihydrotestosterone in the target tissues where it appears to mediate many of the biological actions of testosterone. Androgens direct the development of the male phenotype during embryogenesis and at puberty.
