Zeocin可選擇Sh ble基因表達的細胞。與現在使用的其他動物細胞標記物無交叉抗性。因此這種***可用來分離對其他篩選劑（如：慶大霉素，潮霉素）有抗性的克隆。Zeocin是一種屬于爭光霉素家族的糖蛋白***，在體內能作用于大多數**（包括E。coli）、**（如：酵母菌）、植物細胞、動物細胞、細胞培養(yǎng)級。
使用:
●液體Zeocin可用于細胞培養(yǎng)。
●用于篩選轉化株的Zeocin濃度根據pH值和鹽濃度改變。
●pH越高，鹽濃度越低Zeocin活性越大。
●普通大腸桿菌菌株篩選可在25＆micro；g／ml zeocin濃度的低鹽LB瓊脂培養(yǎng)基中進行，pH調至7.5。
●動物細胞篩選：根據不同細胞系從100到750＆micro；g／ml。
●植物細胞篩選：根據不同的細胞種類和培養(yǎng)基從50到250＆micro；g／ml。
●酵母篩選：取決于種屬和培養(yǎng)基，S。cerevisiae Sh ble轉化株在50＆micro；g／ml濃度的YPD培養(yǎng)基中篩選，pH7.0.304015.

Description
Zeocin™ Reagent is a member of the bleomycin antibiotic family. Resistance is conferred by the Sh ble gene which encodes a 13,665 dalton protein. In cells expressing the protein, Zeocin™ is prevented from binding and cleaving the cellular DNA. Zeocin™ is effective on most aerobic cells and can be used for selection in mammalian and insect cell lines, yeast, and bacteria. The amount of Zeocin™ required for selection will vary between 50-2000 ug/ml (typically 300 ug/ml) depending on the cell type.
