 Geneaid Biotech產品系列包括動物、植物組織和細胞、血液DNA提取試劑盒，動物、植物組織和細胞、血液RNA提取試劑盒，病毒核酸提取試劑盒，如高純度小/中/大量質粒DNA提取試劑盒，DNA/PCR產物膠回收和純化試劑盒，96 孔 DNA 純化系列試劑盒 ，96 孔測序染料去除及寡核苷酸純化試劑盒等。 RB050總RNA提取試劑盒能簡單快速有效的提取人。動物，植物酵母、**、培養細胞的總RNA。提取的RNA可立即用于定量RT-PCR、普通RT-PCR、cDNA合成、Northern Blot和晶片分析等分子生物實驗.  
使用說明:
1. 細胞的增殖和細胞毒實驗，一般可在96孔細胞培養板中進行。  
2. 每孔加入100微升細胞懸液。細胞的數量取決于實驗目的和培養時間。增殖實驗每孔通常加入103個以上數量的細胞；細胞毒性實驗每孔至少加入5x103個或以上數量的細胞（具體每孔所用的細胞的數目，需根據細胞的大小，細胞增殖速度的快慢等因素確定）。  
3. 接種的細胞按照實驗需要，送入細胞培養箱進行培養。增殖實驗通常要給予0-10微升特定的**或生長因子進行刺激。細胞毒實驗通常要給予0-10微升抑制因子或細胞**；  
4．培養結束后，取出阿爾瑪藍試劑，置室溫融化混勻，于潔凈工作臺內按10微升/孔加入微孔板中，在細胞培養箱內繼續孵育12－24小時，培養液顏色由藍變為粉紅（如采用熒光分光度法，只需孵育5－8小時）；   
5．在570nm測定吸光度，參考波長600nm。如無此濾光片， 可用565 nm 和 610 nm的濾光片替代。 
6．也可用熒光分光度法檢測，激發光波長在530-560 nm之間，發射光波長為590 nm。檢測時間可在結果以熒光強度表示。
